What we get asked most
How is air freight charged?
By chargeable weight: the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight of the shipment.
How is it different from courier?
Courier is for small shipments with simplified clearance; air freight is for heavier or higher-value shipments, with formal clearance.
Can you arrange pickup at origin?
Yes. With our agent network we pick up at the supplier and keep you posted until delivery.
